With the state of the world, and maybe your heart, feeling sometimes heavy and hopeless, focusing on your self may seem silly and even selfish. But you know well enough that the better you love yourself, the better you show up in all your relationships and roles. Saying YES to this sacred time with your Self means falling in love with yourself, exactly as you are, and with life, exactly as it is so you can better serve in the world.
