Terms and Conditions

 

We are honored and humbled by your presence in our growing movement. Thank you for being here.

As an independent project, Yes To Your Self is sustained by our time, energy, love, dedication—and yes, sometimes even tears. Every event we create is carefully prepared long before it begins. Because of this commitment, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on reservation deposits.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. If you have any questions, we are always happy to hear from you.
 

 

Reservation deposit

To reserve your place at a Yes To Your Self event, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required:

  • Retreats & Personalized Rituals: CHF 200–500 (as specified on the individual event page)

  • Immersions: CHF 80

Your registration is confirmed once we have received your deposit.

Remainder payment and refunds 

Life happens. Plans (and minds) change. Events beyond our control occur and require our response. We understand.

We want to honor that fact while also honoring our work and the reality that, when someone cancels, it has both material and energetic consequences. The closer it is to the date of the event, the more challenging it is for us to fill that spot. And also, from the moment you register, your presence is already felt in the circle; if you cancel, that impacts the group. Therefore, we have established a policy regarding remainder payments and refunds. 

For these reasons, the following cancellation policy applies.

 

Retreats and Personalized Rituals

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (CHF 200–500, depending on the event and stated on the website) is required to reserve your place.

  • The remaining balance is due four weeks before the retreat or ritual begins.

  • Once the final payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

  • No refunds can be issued for cancellations made after the final payment has been received.

 

Immersions

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of CHF 80 is required to reserve your place.

  • The remaining balance is due two weeks before the immersion begins.

  • Once the final payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

  • No refunds can be issued for cancellations made after the final payment has been received.

     

Cancellation By Yes To Your Self

Should Yes To Your Self need to cancel an event for any reason, all payments made—including your reservation deposit—will be refunded in full.

Please note that we cannot reimburse personal expenses such as travel costs, accommodation, visa fees, lost income, or any other expenses incurred in connection with the event.
 

 

Travel Insurance

You may wish to purchase travel cancellation insurance to have financial protection in case an unforeseen circumstance such as unexpected illness or injury, natural disaster or other urgent issues require you to cancel.
 

 

Agreement

By submitting your registration and reservation deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
